Satbhajan · Creator · Forager · Founder
Satbhajan (Sabi) is a cocktail artist, a consultant, and a force of nature. For over 20 years, Los Angeles has been her home — and her stage. She brings a warmth and vivaciousness to every party that makes guests feel like family, and a joy that lingers long after the last drink is poured.
Her travels have taken her around the world, but Mexico holds a special place in her heart. She's poured bespoke cocktails at intimate hotels in Mexico City, wandered mercados as a local, and returns again and again — for rare chiles, extraordinary spirits, spices you can't find here, and the pure joy of it. Back home, she walks her LA neighborhood collecting rosemary spilling over fences, marigolds from a friend's garden, and citrus from the tree two blocks down.
The result: cocktails that are seasonal, hyper-local, and often unrepeatable. What she found on Tuesday may not be there next week. That's the point.
Let's create together.
Menu development for hosts, venues, and brands who want a cocktail program with a point of view — not a list of classics with a house twist.
We work in flavors first, format second: tastings, ingredient sourcing, recipe development, and staff training.
